| Biography: | Michael Wetter has been with LBNL's Simulation Research Group between 1997 to 2004 and again since 2007 after spending three years with the United Technologies Research Center. In 2004, he received his dissertation in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He developed the GenOpt optimization program, several Modelica libraries for building energy, airflow and controls modeling and the Building Controls Virtual Test Bed. He is currently the Vice-President of the US-chapter of the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA). |
